General
To shop from KOS ART you need to be 18 years old. By placing your order you accept our terms and privacy policy. You also accept your personal information being stored in our database. We never sell or pass your personal information on without a legal basis to another third party than is required for us to be able to fulfill our obligations to you. Such third party may be the carrier and payment and invoice manager.
Prices
All prices in the store are current and are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. The total cost of the purchase will be clear before the final order and will then include all costs associated with the purchase, such as postage and shipping costs. Please note that other local charges such as customs, taxes and other handling charges may apply in countries outside the EU. Such fees are always paid by the recipient.
We reserve the right to misprint prices and information on the site and reserve the right to make necessary corrections, updates and price adjustments whenever we deem it necessary.
Order handling
When the order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address with all information regarding your order. Please check this carefully and contact us directly at contact@kosart.se in case of any errors.
Usually all orders are sent from us no later than the next weekday after the order is received. Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than next Monday. Other order processing times can apply during, for example, holiday periods or for orders with special requests. Such extensions want to be communicated either before, at or in the order confirmation.
Shipping
In order to be able to offer fast and cheap deliveries, your order is sent by postal mail via Postnord as standard. These shipments do not include tracking.
Payments
We work with Klarna to be able to offer you secure and flexible payment options. Klarna Checkout includes all payment options: pay later, split, pay by card or bank transfer.
Right of withdrawal
We follow the Distance Contracts Act, which means that you as a customer always have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal begins to run the day after you receive your order.
If you regret your purchase, this must be notified in writing via email to contact@kosart.se. The message must clearly state your name and address, together with information about which order number and product the return refers to. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost. The item must be returned in unchanged condition no later than 14 days after your return notice. Any jewelry boxes and other inner packaging must be returned. Should the returned turn out to be damaged or use more than what is required for you as a customer to be able to examine the product, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value when refunding.

Complaints
If your item should turn out to be incorrect or damaged when you receive it, you should always send a written complaint with information about your name, address, order number, product and a description of the error to: contact@kosart.se. Upon return of approved complaints, we are responsible for the return cost and full refund of the purchase. Should we consider that the complaint is incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, we reserve the right to refuse the complaint.
